I decided to write about my passion for gardening past, present and future. I have been ill suffering with Lyme Disease since May 2003 but at last after long term antibiotic treatment getting my life back and can again enjoy my garden.
The frost on the roses looks like delicate sugar frosting.
ReplyDeleteLovely
Looks wonderful Joanne, but I'm really pleased to be warm in Florida!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos, Joanne!
ReplyDeleteBlogger just had a hiccup so if you get this comment twice I am sorry.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to say oh, your poor roses but they do have a frosty beauty to them. It is just hard to see the flowers leaving.
Have a wonderful week!
Oh stunning Joanne - I love this post!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the fairies were busy frosting your garden. You had so many roses still blooming. We never got to see our flowers frosted, just frozen in snow this year.
ReplyDeleteThings look a bit frosty but alive. Not so for here.
ReplyDeleteStrange how it is so much colder in your world than it is here. Frost does make for lovely photos . . . not that your gardens need any added features. Wonderful gardens. I love the third from the last photo! Oh, I love them all. Sweet helpers you have there! Thanks for sharing your fairyland gardens Joanne!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that frosty look! I had a chance to see this in my garden in Washington before moving south for the winter.
ReplyDeleteI think I see a tiny Ice Fairy in the top picture! LOL
Hi Joanne, Frost can be so beautiful as your photos so aptly illustrate. The crystals on the roses look like sugar. Love the boxwood.
ReplyDeletelove your veggie garden, looks fab.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty... have I ever mentioned that whenever I'm in the "dreaming" mood I come here? I go to England! Ah yes, one of my favorite dreams ever is of a cottage somewhere in green England, in a little village....I love everything about England; especially their cottages and cottage gardens! ;)

The frost that has descended on your garden makes your roses look like crystal flowers. Oh, how I wish some magic can transport me to you garden right now, if only for a few brief moments!
